RZB is a family business of German origin dedicated to lighting with more than 75 years of experience in the sector. It has two production sites, one in Bamberg (Bavaria) with 85,000 m² and the other in Sondershausen (Thuringia) with 100,000 m². Likewise, it has a staff of 600 workers and markets its products on a global scale. At present, it has a product catalogue with about 15,000 references and has a turnover that exceeds 130 million euros per year.

It has a product development department, beginning its work with market analysis, continuing with the contribution of ideas and ending with the design of the product according to market trends. Thanks to the availability of all kinds of tools, media and facilities, it develops CAD prototypes in short periods of time, which are subsequently transferred to the assembly lines.

As a result, a 100% Made in Germany product is obtained, with its own processes of metal treatment, powder coating, molding and injection of components in its assembly lines. On the other hand, its own laboratories carry out temperature checks, IK tests, IP tests, durability testing, including weathering and photometric curves.

To guarantee the entire development and manufacturing process, RZB products are certified according to ISO 9001: 2008. Regarding the commercialization of its products, the company has a Projects Department at the service of the client, in which special products can be designed, as well as variants of the existing ones adjusted to the client’s needs.
