The service provided by Representaciones Servilectric is developed during the different states through which a work or installation, project, marketing of materials, execution and after-sales passes.
1. Detecting Needs
Hand in hand with the designer or the property owner, we listen and analyze their needs to get an idea of who may be the most effective solution to those needs.
2. Prescription
Once the need is detected, we technically prescribe the possible solution always from the point of view of effectiveness and efficiency. In some cases, we can even offer customized solutions.
3. Technical Studies
Depending on the type of product and installation and in order to be able to have a graphic idea of the final result of the installation, we can contribute before making decisions, in the hands of the Engineering Departments of the different manufacturers, the Technical Studies and the necessary plans.
4. Marketing and service
We are integrated into the entire marketing process and continuously monitor the delivery of the product since its purchase, providing information on dispatch, transport agency and approximate date of delivery of orders placed.
5. After-sales and Guarantees
Once the product is delivered and installed, we manage any incident that may arise, either due to a manufacturing defect or caused during transport, always through the guarantee. Depending on the type of product, we can also monitor and manage the corresponding maintenance required by the manufacturer for its proper functioning.
